Delivery & returns

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”, or message us directly at 0307 6340042 with the product name. We'll confirm price, availability and delivery time.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes — cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free on orders above Rs 5,000. A small delivery charge applies on smaller orders.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We supply original branded products only — Accu-Chek, Beurer, Certeza, Citizen, Medisign, CC, Bonapapa and more.

Can I return a product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
